The Foundation has been serving the greater Trenton/ Mercer County area since 2002. Its mission is to provide financial assistance in the form of scholarships and book awards for deserving minority high school students as well as support and sponsor educational, cultural, and other charitable events. Our Foundation was organized by members of the Trenton AKA Chapter, which was chartered in 1952 by 18 extraordinary women who exemplified the epitome of sisterhood. The Trenton Chapter is the second oldest Chapter in New Jersey and is rich in history and culture. Over the years, we have provided over 70,000 dollars in scholarships to students pursuing higher education thanks to your financial support of our various programs.
